I understand that applying for this scholarship does not guarantee selection.

All the documents submitted are genuine, and all the information shared is true, to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if at any point any document is found to be false, the scholarship benefits may be withdrawn.

On submission of this enrollment form and other documents / declarations, the applicant and/or its guardian authorize Synergie and / or Datamatics to obtain, collect, process, transfer, administer, store, program and use my personal and other information for the above purposes and any other reasonable and lawful purposes.

I hereby give express permission to Synergie and / or Datamatics to freely use the information / details / pictures provided in the application form, for the purpose of the scholarship program or for any lawful purpose.

I understand that Datamatics reserves the right to stop this scholarship at any time. In such an event I will have no claims even if I have been selected for receiving the scholarship.
