The Datamatics Scholarship 2025 is a CSR initiative by Datamatics Business Solutions, designed to support the higher education of eligible associates, drivers, and their dependents through financial aid.
The scholarship is funded by Datamatics Business Solutions, in collaboration with partner Synergie ITCI for portal support.
The initiative aims to empower female students in grades 9 to 12 by providing financial support to continue their education, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds.
The application portal opens on 15th September 2025.
The last date to submit applications is 15th October 2025.
Verification will be conducted on a rolling basis until the closure of the application cycle.
Only female students enrolled in grades 9 to 12 are eligible to apply.
• Recent passport-size photograph (not older than three months)
• Proof of current enrollment (Fee Receipt, ID Card, Admission Letter, or Bonafide Certificate – any one)
• Marksheet of the previous academic year (2024–25)
• Aadhaar card of the applicant
• Aadhaar card of the parent
• Family Income Proof (Ration Card or Income Certificate issued by Government Authority)
• Bank account details of the applicant (Cancelled cheque or passbook copy)

Yes. Applications can be rejected due to ineligibility, incomplete documentation, or verification failure.
Each selected scholar will receive ₹10,000.
The scholarship will be directly transferred to the applicant’s verified bank account.
No. The amount will be given as a one-time disbursement, unless otherwise specified.
